Lloyd has over 30 years experience in the construction industry in the form of a general contractor, subcontractor, and concrete plant manager. He has been involved in the construction of hundreds of homes, in various capacities.

Daryl Eyjolfson, VP of Finance
Daryl has 12 years experience as a mortgage professional. He has been personally involved in the financing of over $200,000,000 in mortgages, many of which were construction and development mortgages. Both Daryl and Lloyd have professional relationships with various engineers and consultants from past and current projects involving rezoning, subdividing, and development.

Patrick's extensive background in industrial and residential construction, paired with his education in finance and accounting has resulted to form an integral part of the LDP Development Inc team. Patrick's interpersonal skills have been a fundamental component in coordinating with stakeholders and professional entities to plan, implement and execute large scale projects.
